Shipping & Return Policy
We now offer $5 flat rate shipping on all retail candle orders.
All retail candle orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping time is approximately 1-3 business days. At the moment, processing time is 1-3 business days.
We do not ship and deliver on Sundays. Tracking information will be emailed to you when the product is shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update via the USPS website.
Local Deliveries will be delivered 2-3 days after the order has been processed & fulfilled. A delivery date and time will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled.
At this time we only ship within the United States and US territories. We do not ship internationally YET! Please check back or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.
Coco & Grace Candle Co. LLC will refund or replace any product that is damaged in transit. Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier. Damages from shipping must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of your shipment. Please email a photograph of damaged products with a full description to email@example.com. Please keep all packaging material and do not use the product until the shipping issue is documented with the carrier.
Coco & Grace Candle Co. LLC will file a carrier claim on your behalf. We will replace the damaged product(s) or offer a store credit for future orders only.
If you receive a candle and you don't like the scent, you can return it and exchange it for a different scent. Shipping costs for unwanted scents are your responsibility. We do not accept used candles, it will have to be sent back unused and not broken.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise to resolve.
